We the members
of investigating comity reached today as on 13 April 2012 at about 5 pm (the
fixed time ) at the demonstrated place to go through the papers and the land,
but md. Arsad did not appear before us. In spite of the appearance, he
requested us on mobile to give him a chance to appear before us next time,
because someone in his relatives died.(mobile no is 9835699124 , and 9525379134
)
His argument was considerable, so we
have decided the date of next meeting as on 20 April 2012 SUNDAY at about 5 pm
on the same place.
At the same time we have decided that if
md. Arsad fails once again to do according to his word and does not appear
before us we will have no chance to give him the next opportunity and we must hand
over the report to the district administration to take necessary action in
favor of land lord. As soon as possible and we will demand the administration
to keep the value of low by providing / passing the moral support and the
justice in favor of the land lord who has entire documents related with the
land but is not in this position to move any where freely due to his old
age.
